ESWEEK 2024 will be held at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel (see on map).
The hotel offers a special rate to ESWEEK participants. The reservation cut-off date is September 4. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be provided at the contracted rate based on room availability.

Sheraton Raleigh Hotel 
All ESWEEK events except the reception and banquet take place on the third floor of the hotel.

Note (September 4, 2024): For some unknown reason, booking from Saturday to Saturday is currently impossible, but placing two bookings, Saturday to Tuesday and then Tuesday to Saturday is possible.
Bottom line: To access the special rate, you may have to make 2 reservations: (1) to Tuesday and (2) from Tuesday.
Reception 
The reception will be held at the Element Gastro pub, 421 Fayetteville St Suite 103, Raleigh, NC 27601, United States.
Banquet 
The banquet will be held at Market Hall, 214 E Martin St, Raleigh, NC 27601, United States.
Travel
Raleigh, NC, can be reached by plane from the RDU airport 
with many domestic and some international non-stop destinations.
From the airport, take a taxi or use ride sharing (uber, lyft, etc.) to the hotel.
