After upgrading to WSL 2.3.13, Docker Desktop can be launched properly.
However it is annoying that docker and its related symlinks are not removed after exiting Docker Desktop.
Reproduce
Upgrade to WSL 2.3.13
Open Docker Desktop, then exit it
Open distro with Docker Desktop integration enabled
Execute ls /usr/bin/docker or ls /usr/sbin/docker , these symlinks are still present
Expected behavior
The docker and related symlinks should be removed automatically, as the same behavior with WSL 2.2.4 installed
