Ultra Instinct Shaggy is an Ultra Instinct Remix featuring the character Shaggy from Scooby-Doo undergoing "Ultra Instinct Mode". This is a reference to Goku from the Dragonball series. After an Ultra Instinct Remix featuring Shaggy grew viral, the character developed a fanbase online. The scene of Shaggy going "Ultra Instinct Mode" came from the movie Scooby-Doo Legend of the Phantosaur.
It is commonly written that Ultra Instinct Shaggy did not have to try to gain Ultra Instinct, in contrast to Goku, whom is a "noob" compared to Shaggy.
