Operative Experience, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Operative Experience ICI mobile application (the “Service”).

Your privacy is very important to us.  We are committed to respecting the privacy of users of the Service.  This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) when you use our Service.  We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.  For the purposes of this policy, we define Personal Information as data or information about an identifiable person, recorded in any form, which data or information includes but is not limited to the name, e-mail address and mailing address.

You may choose to store your Personal Information locally on your mobile device.  We do not transmit information stored locally on your mobile device through use of the Service.  However, you should be aware that any information stored on your mobile device may leave your mobile device through automatic backup processes, manual download from your mobile device, and through other means outside of our control.  Also, your activities on your mobile device outside of the Service may result in such information being transmitted to or otherwise collected by third-parties, including through the other applications you access, the websites you visit, and by parties who may gain unauthorized access to your mobile device or data.  Any information stored on your mobile device or transmitted over the Internet or any data network could be accessed or intercepted by unauthorized third parties.

You should be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.  We have implemented processes designed to ensure the protection of your information confidentiality that are considered to be effective.  However, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost, used unlawfully or modified in a fraudulent manner.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 2017 and will remain in effect, except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.  We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
