The City Hall Massacre is when the military, led by Yamagishi, marched on East Fukuyama City Hall where Mayor Hirokawa and the Parasites resided. It resulted in the death of several human civilians, Hirokawa, all Parasites aside from Gotou, and all of the invading military force.
