Unreliable. It stopped sending me notifications about parcels, which made me miss a delivery, so I had to pay for a new delivery. Apparently it happens when the app needs an update (has happened to other people I know), but the app hasn't indicated that an update is available or needed. So apparently, at any time and without a warning, an app update can be released and the app will stop notifying about deliveries, and it will cost you money. Round business!

This app is useful for when you have parcels or important letters to receive or send. However, unlike the 17Track and PostTrack apps, it does not provide any detailed information on the whereabouts of the incoming or outgoing mail, and lacks a link for paying import taxes and fees, but has a rather useless "buy a postcard" feature. If you want a link to pay import fees, you have to create a separate shortcut yourself. The app could definitely use some upgrades.

I very much like the live tracking on the app, knowing how many stops there are before you. It helps if your door for the stairwell is locked. Now I don't have to look out the window until the driver arrives, I can just look on the live tracking. If you ever remove the live tracking I will give a one star review. EDIT: Wow they actually removed live tracking, the only good thing PostNord had, I hope whoever is behind the choices of PostNord gets fired. ð
