This is a summary of named Characters in Saints Row (reboot).

The Saints[]

The Saints are completely separate from the Third Street Saints, The Saints are a new criminal empire formed by four friends in an abandoned church in the Mercado district.

  • Boss is the playable character and does not have a name, and is mostly referred to as "The Boss". This is a completely new character from Playa, and has a set background as a low-level member of Marshall Defense Industries, who later gets fired from the group to start an own criminal empire.
  • Eli is a business mastermind, making money is more important to him than the moral issue of how that money is made. Eli is driven and determined, and does not mind too much if a few people get hurt along the way. He came to Santo Ileso to make his fortune as an entrepreneur, to build a business for himself. He just did not realize at the time that the startup he was going to build was a criminal empire.[1]
  • Kevin is a former member of The Idols. He is their top DJ and people pleaser who knows the guy who knows the guy; he loves people, is super loyal to his friends and he would do anything for them.[1] He grew up in foster care and has spent his life looking for somewhere to truly belong, so he joined the Idols gang in the hope that they would become a suitable family for him.
  • Neenah is the best getaway driver in the business.[1] She is an art school grad who could not get a job at a museum and ended up working for Los Panteros.
  • Snickerdoodle is an orange tabby cat.[2]

Criminal Ventures[]

Each Criminal Venture introduces a new character which serves as a manager for the criminal business Saints control.

Marshall Defense Industries[]

Marshall Defense Industries is an international corporation with a headquarters in Santo Ileso.

  • Atticus Marshall[4] is the owner of Marshall Defense Industries.
  • Myra Starr is a member of Marshall's Board of Directors,[5] she is first introduced in The Peter Principle where Boss saves her from members of Los Panteros.
  • Gwen is a Marshall Mercenary, and Boss' Commanding Officer during the game's prologue.[6]
  • Bailey is a Marshall Mercenary that drives an APC in First F-ing Day.
  • Johnson is a Marshall Guard at the Museum of Santo Ileso.

The Idols[]

The Idols are a cult of personality; self styled anarchists that see themselves as icons in a new world order.

  • The Collective are the six masked and mysterious ringleaders behind the anarchy of the Idols.

Los Panteros[]

Los Panteros are a street gang in Santo Ileso. They are all about muscle and physical power.

  • Sergio Velez is head of Los Panteros, the muscle-bound kingpin of the Santo Ileso underworld.

Santo Ileso Police Department[]

  • Chief Michaels is the Santo Ileso's Chief of Police.
