Excellent support

Plugins will always have glitches but it’s how a business resolves those issues that matter. I’m pleased to say that the EM team exceeded my expectations. There was an issue, they joined the dots that others were affected, then identified the issue, worked out a fix, and provided a plugin update to resolve in a timely manner.
