One thing Iâ€™ve found useful to do when deadline are missed is 1. Find out what the challenge is : is it confusion on deliverables , lack of alignment on goals or the deadline timeframe was unrealistic? Doing this will allow for you as a leader to give constructive support where needed to avoids the issue occurring again and to support the conclusion of the task
