According to me, in current world to meet the power requirement, it is important to understand and implement new technologies such as renewable energy while considering efficiency and reliability. Some factors that play a crucial role in this aspect are site selection, understanding the limitations, and implementing a backup plan considering its redundancy, so that technological upgradations does cause disruption in operations after a time period.

When selecting a battery for storage purposes, it's crucial to consider key parameters such as C-rates, depth of discharge (DoD), specific energy, and specific power, as these factors will vary depending on the application and the plant's specific needs. The battery should have high specific energy and low C-rates to store energy for extended periods, ensuring a longer lifespan and more life cycles. However, if the battery needs to respond quickly, such as for frequency regulation, it should have high specific power.
