Draft guided questions that could bring the topic up more organically and use your objective list more like your personal checklist of topics to be discussed.

Make sure key topics get the attention needed is 2 parts agenda design and 1 part adaptability. Ideally important topics are identified out front and you make time in the agenda. However, pre-planning work can miss an important topic. If the group brings it up and says its important then it's important to adapt and make space in the moment - with the group's permission, of course.

"In my experience, it's important at times to allow members of the audience to summarize what has been discussed at regular intervals. Not only does this give participants the opportunity to interact more, but it also helps the facilitator identify which objectives are clear and which ones need further emphasis. Additionally, be open to the possibility of surprises in the summaries; the audience's focus might not align with your expectations, but it can provide valuable insights into their perspectives.
