Corporate Subscriptions

We offer corporate subscriptions to businesses requiring a minimum of 10 user licences. For subscription or renewal enquiries, get in touch with us by emailing: corporate@telegraph.co.uk.

Overseas Subscriptions

Telegraph subscriptions are available in certain international territories outside of the UK (pricing may vary by country). To subscribe outside of the UK, please visit our online shop

App Store Subscriptions

If you subscribe to the Telegraph app through Apple or Google, your billing relationship is with them, so the cost of the subscription and associated features may differ to subscriptions provided directly by The Telegraph.

For instance, the app can only be used on the device linked to the purchase of the subscription (this can be changed to new devices by restoring purchased apps).

To subscribe directly to The Telegraph, visit our online shop. Make sure you cancel any in-app subscriptions by visiting Apple’s or Google’s support pages before subscribing directly to The Telegraph.

New Subscriptions

If you are interested in either a Digital,  Digital Plus, or Puzzle subscription, visit our online shop.

If you are experiencing any issues subscribing or have received an error message please check the following:

Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the initial 14 day period of your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date (for annual subscriptions this is also the renewal date).
  • There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription. To ensure that no further payment is taken, cancellation must be processed at least 48 hours before the next payment is due.

You can read the full terms & conditions for our Digital subscriptions here.

Billing & Renewals

Subscription Renewals

Digital, Digital Plus and Puzzle subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month or year, depending on the type of subscription. We email subscribers to confirm the renewal and ongoing price at least 14 days prior to the renewal date.

Billing details must be valid and up to date in order for a renewal to be successful. You can find your billing date, current price and update your payment details by visiting My Account and selecting ‘Manage your details’.

If you have further questions regarding your renewal, get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Unrecognised Charges

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly by The Telegraph, firstly review the following:

  • Confirm the Payment Source: Ensure the payment in question references ‘Telegraph Media Group’ on your bank statement.
  • Verify Payment Dates: If your subscription payments are being charged on different dates each month/year, this could indicate that you’ve subscribed more than once.
  • Check for Multiple Accounts: If you find you’ve signed up more than once using different email addresses, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly by a third party, you should review your in-app subscription and contact them directly:

If you discover you have two subscriptions, we will not be able to refund any payments for in-app subscriptions made to a third party. For further assistance, get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Free Trials

If you initially  subscribed to The Telegraph on a free trial, you may notice a £1.00 charge on your bank statement. This is just an active card check to validate your card for future payments, a standard practice for many businesses. Rest assured, the £1.00 charge will not be deducted from your account.

If you have any further concerns, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Invoices

In the UK, VAT on print and digital newspaper subscriptions is zero-rated, meaning no VAT is applied. If you're a business and require an invoice for record-keeping, please note that an invoice for a zero-rated supply does not qualify as a VAT invoice.

For subscribers outside the UK, VAT or an equivalent tax is applied according to the regulations of the subscriber’s country.

If you have a corporate account and require an invoice, or would like to set up a corporate digital subscription, please contact our team at corporate@telegraph.co.uk.
