Telegraph Print and Telegraph Print Classic subscriptions

1. Validity

Subscriptions to the Daily and Sunday Telegraph are available in the UK only, though newspaper supply cannot be guaranteed, especially in geographically remote areas where distribution may be affected by the weather. A valid UK address, including postcode, is required for a Telegraph print subscription. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion.

2. Subscription Offers

Subscription offers are personal and non-transferable. Except for the initial 14-day money-back guarantee, no allowances or extensions to any offer will apply. The minimum subscription term is six months. Some promotional offers have a 12-month minimum term. Subscription offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. New subscription offers are not open to newsagents (or any other entity that sells newspapers) nor current subscribers.  Some offers may not be available to previous subscribers. If an offer includes a free gift, for pre-pay customers it will be dispatched within 28 days of your subscription starting and for subscribers using a recurring payment schedule (Direct Debit or Continuous Card Authority), the free gift will be dispatched after your first successful payment. Promotional offers and incentives are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. Offers are limited to one per household.

3. Payment Types

Subscriptions can be paid for in advance for 26 weeks or 52 weeks by cheque or credit/debit/charge card, or a continuous subscription can be taken out by Direct Debit or Continuous Card Authority. A UK bank account is required for Direct Debit subscriptions. Payment types and subscription durations may be restricted for promotional offers. On commencement of your subscription, you will be sent vouchers which can be redeemed at participating stores throughout the country. Thereafter you will continue to receive vouchers every 13 weeks for the duration of your subscription. Please note that if you choose to have your newspapers delivered, you will be liable for any delivery charges applied by your newsagent.

3.1 Fixed Term

If you chose to pay on a fixed term basis you must pay for either 26 or 52 weeks in advance. Promotional offers may be restricted to 52 weeks advance payment only. Payment can be made by cheque to the address below or by telephoning 0800 33 20 20 or online at www.telegraph.co.uk/subscriptions. Upon receipt and acceptance of your order and payment we will inform you of the date on which your subscription will begin and send you your vouchers before this date.

3.2 Direct Debit

If you choose to pay for your subscription by direct debit (DD) you can do so by mail to the address below, by telephoning 0800 33 20 20 or online at www.telegraph.co.uk/subscriptions. The minimum subscription term is six months. On acceptance of your DD subscription we will inform you of the date on which your subscription will begin and send you your vouchers before this date. The subscription is deemed continuous and you will be charged every month/quarter as appropriate. You will receive the applicable vouchers every 13 weeks until you cancel, which must be in line with the procedures below. If the price of your subscription increases, we will give you at least 10 days’ notice. Upon payment by DD the DD Guarantee will apply. The DD Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the DD Scheme. This means that:

3.2.1 - the efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

3.2.2 - If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Telegraph Media Group Limited will notify you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

3.2.3 - If an error is made by Telegraph Media Group Limited or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

3.3 Continuous Card Authority

If you choose to pay for your subscription by continuous card authority, your debit/credit card will be debited every month. Your subscription will be deemed continuous and you will receive vouchers every 13 weeks until you cancel, which must be in line with the procedures below.  If the price of your subscription increases, we will give you at least 10 days’ notice. Minimum subscription term is 6 months.

4. Cancellation policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund, otherwise a minimum subscription period of six months applies. Promotional subscription offers may have a minimum 12-month term. No refund can be given until your vouchers have been returned.

If you decide to cancel your DD subscription you will need to notify us, at least 28 day prior to the end of your current voucher pack, you will not be able to cancel part way through your current voucher pack.

You will be liable for any unpaid vouchers. Minimum subscription term is 6 months.

If you decide to cancel your Continuous Card Authority Subscription you will need to notify us, at least 28 day prior to the end of your current voucher pack, you will not be able to cancel part way through your current voucher pack. You will be liable for any unpaid vouchers. Minimum subscription term is 6 months. 6. Holiday Policy

If you are going abroad on holiday and are unable to use your vouchers, we will refund you for the unused vouchers, provided you notify us within three months of your holiday. The maximum number of vouchers that can be returned is 2 weeks for subscriptions that are 1 year, pro-rata for shorter term subscriptions. For example, 1 week for a 6 month subscription. Please dispose of the unused vouchers.

8. Subscriber Benefits

Your Telegraph Print and Telegraph Print Classic subscriptions give you automatic access to Telegraph Extra. Some benefits require activation of your online account; a valid email address is required for this. Visit our Telegraph Extra section for details. Telegraph Extra VIP.

Your Telegraph Print subscription will also give you automatic access to Telegraph Extra VIP one (1) month after your subscription start date. If you have recently opened a Telegraph Print subscription, you will have automatic access to Telegraph Extra VIP after the first month of your Telegraph Print subscription. 

Eligible subscribers will be entitled to additional offers, events and competitions which are reserved for Telegraph Extra VIP subscribers.

In order to be eligible for Telegraph Extra VIP, you must subscribe directly through The Telegraph website. From time to time, we may offer certain customers trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise stated in any promotional membership terms that are provided with the offer.

Telegraph weekly and annual 2-day, 5-day, 6-day and 7-day Print subscriptions are also eligible for the benefit described in clause 8.2 below:

8.2 One bonus Digital subscription, subject to the following terms:

8.2.1 Eligible Print subscribers (primary users) are able to give one bonus Digital subscription to another person (secondary user) by accessing the dedicated website link provided by the Telegraph, collecting a unique code and then sharing the code via a method agreed with the secondary user.

8.2.2 A bonus subscription can only be claimed by new subscribers who have not previously taken out any other Telegraph subscription. 

8.2.3 In order to access the bonus subscription, secondary users will need to register with The Telegraph and set up a Telegraph account. 

8.2.4 The bonus subscription will be a Digital subscription provided subject to these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

8.2.5 A secondary user’s bonus subscription will start on the date that the secondary user sets up an account with the Telegraph and will continue until the primary user’s Print subscription is cancelled or expires, unless the primary user unlinks the secondary user’s account earlier as set out in clause 8.2.6 below in which case the secondary user’s bonus subscription access will terminate immediately.

8.2.6 A primary user may unlink a secondary user’s account from the bonus subscription at any time by contacting Customer Service. A secondary user may unlink their own account by cancelling their bonus subscription in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. Once a secondary user’s bonus subscription account has been unlinked, the primary user may share the bonus subscription with another secondary user by repeating the process set out in clause 8.2.1.

9. Digital Access

All Telegraph Print and Telegraph Print Classic subscriptions give unlimited access to subscriber-only content on the Telegraph website. A valid email address and activation of your online account is required for unlimited web access. By accessing this content, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of usage as detailed here.

10. Subscriber-only content access on The Telegraph

The Telegraph UK app for tablet and smartphone

All Telegraph Print and Telegraph Print Classic subscriptions give unlimited access to subscriber-only content on The Telegraph UK app. A valid email address and activation of your online account is required. By accessing this App, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of usage as detailed here. Failure to make the newest updates may mean you are unable to access the app.

11. Access to The Telegraph UK app for tablet and smartphone

Telegraph Print subscriptions allow access to The Telegraph UK app for tablet and smartphone 7-days a week. The Telegraph UK app for tablet and smartphone is available on iOS and Android. A maximum of two devices per subscription may be enabled. A valid email address and activation of your online account is required to access editions. By accessing this content, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of usage of each device as detailed here. Terms and Conditions of Registration to activate your online account can be found here. To ensure access to the Telegraph apps, where we release updates of the applicable app you may need to update the current version on your mobile or tablet. Failure to make the newest updates may mean you are unable to access the app. Telegraph Classic Print subscriptions do not allow access to the Telegraph UK app.

Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus, Telegraph Digital Light & Telegraph Family Pack subscriptions

1. Validity

Terms and Conditions apply only to subscriptions taken out directly with Telegraph Media Group. Subscriptions taken out via third parties (such as Apple / iTunes, Google Play or Amazon Kindle Fire) are subject to the conditions of the third party. All digital subscriptions (Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus, Telegraph Digital Light and Telegraph Family Pack) are available globally. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion.

Once set up, your Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus or Telegraph Family Pack subscription entitles you to access subscriber-only content on the Telegraph website and The Telegraph UK app for tablet and smartphones. Your Telegraph Digital Light subscription entitles you access to the Telegraph Website only, with up to 7 subscriber-only articles every 7 days.

Terms and Conditions of usage of each device and/or website are detailed here. To ensure access to Telegraph apps, you may need to update the current version of the applicable app on your tablet or smartphone where we release app updates. Failure to make the newest updates may mean you are unable to access the Telegraph apps.

A valid email address and registration to create a Telegraph Login is required for all Telegraph digital subscriptions. Subscribers of Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus and Telegraph Family Pack will have unlimited access to the Telegraph website and The Telegraph UK app for tablets and smartphones. Telegraph Digital Light subscribers will have access to 7 articles every 7 days via the Telegraph website only.  The content meter will measure the number of articles read and will be reset every 7 days, from the start date of the subscription. If your subscription price increases, we will give you at least 10 days’ notice and the new price will only become effective from the next payment date.

2. Subscription Offers

Some offers may not be available to previous subscribers. If the offer includes a free gift, your free gift will be dispatched within 60 days of your subscription starting. Free gifts apply to Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus and Telegraph Family Pack subscriptions in the UK only. Promotional offers and incentives are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

3. Payment Types

Subscriptions are recurring and can be set up on a monthly or annual basis by Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit. A UK bank account is required for a Direct Debit subscription. Promotional offers may have payment type or payment frequency restrictions. A monthly recurring payment schedule that started on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month will be collected on the last day of the month if the current month has fewer days.

3.1 Direct Debit

If you choose to pay for your subscription by direct debit, the Direct Debit (DD) Guarantee will apply. The DD Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the DD Scheme. This means that:

3.2.1 - The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

4. Subscriber Benefits

4.1 Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus and Telegraph Family Pack subscriptions are eligible for Telegraph Extra where available. Digital Light subscriptions are not eligible for Telegraph Extra. Visit our Telegraph Extra page for details. 

4.2 Your Telegraph Digital subscription gives you automatic access to Telegraph Extra VIP 12 months after your subscription start date. In order to be eligible, you must have had a subscription for a consecutive 12 month period (any free trial period that was included as part of your Telegraph Digital subscription will count towards this requirement).

From time to time, we may offer certain customers trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise stated in any promotional membership terms that are provided with the offer.

Telegraph Digital Plus subscriptions are also eligible for the benefits described in clauses 4.3 to 4.5 below:

4.3 Three bonus Digital subscriptions, subject to the following terms:

4.3.1 Digital Plus subscribers (primary users) are able to give three bonus Digital subscriptions to other people (each, a secondary user) by sharing the link provided on the My Account page on the Telegraph website via a method agreed with the secondary user.

4.3.2 A bonus subscription can only be claimed by new subscribers who have not previously taken out any other Telegraph subscription. 

4.3.3 In order to access the bonus subscription, secondary users will need to register with The Telegraph and set up a Telegraph account. 

4.3.4 The bonus subscription will be a Telegraph Digital subscription provided subject to these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

4.3.5 A secondary user’s bonus subscription will start on the date that the secondary user sets up an account with the Telegraph and will continue until the primary user’s Digital Plus subscription is cancelled or expires, unless the primary user unlinks the secondary user’s account earlier as set out in clause 4.1.6 below in which case the secondary user’s bonus subscription access will terminate immediately.

4.3.6 A primary user may unlink a secondary user’s account from the bonus subscription at any time in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. A secondary user may unlink their own account by cancelling their bonus subscription in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. Once a secondary user’s bonus subscription account has been unlinked, the primary user may share the bonus subscription with another secondary user by changing the subscription details in the My Account section of the Telegraph website and sharing the link via a method agreed with the new secondary user; and

4.4 Access to Telegraph Puzzles, subject to the following terms: 

4.4.1 Telegraph Digital Plus subscribers will have access to Telegraph Puzzles during the term of their Digital Plus Subscription. 

4.4.2 Telegraph Puzzles can be accessed by Telegraph Digital Plus subscribers using the same log-in details that are used to log-in to their Telegraph Digital Plus subscription account. 

4.4.3 Use of Telegraph Puzzles is subject to the Puzzles Subscription terms and conditions below.

Telegraph Family Pack subscriptions are also eligible for the benefits described in clauses 4.6 to 4.8 below:

4.6 Three bonus Digital subscriptions, subject to the following terms:

4.6.1 Each group of Telegraph Family Pack subscribers (primary users) are able to give up to three Telegraph Digital subscriptions to other persons (each, a ‘secondary user’) by sharing the link provided on the My Account page on the Telegraph website via a method agreed with the secondary user.

4.6.2 A bonus subscription can only be claimed by new subscribers who have not previously taken out any other Telegraph subscription. 

4.6.3 In order to access the bonus subscription, secondary users will need to register with The Telegraph and set up a Telegraph account. 

4.6.4 The bonus subscriptions will be a Telegraph Digital subscription provided subject to these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

4.6.5 A secondary user’s bonus subscription will start on the date that the secondary user sets up an account with the Telegraph and will continue until the Telegraph Family Pack subscription expires or is cancelled by the primary users, unless a primary user unlinks the secondary user’s account earlier as set out in clause 4.3.6 below in which case the secondary user’s bonus subscription access will terminate immediately.

4.6.6 A primary user may unlink a secondary user’s account from the bonus subscription at any time in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. A secondary user may unlink their own account by cancelling their bonus subscription in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. 5. Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund.

If you cancel after the initial 14 day period of your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. Your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until this date. There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription. To ensure that no further payment is taken, cancellation must be processed at least 48 hours before the next payment is due.

Telegraph Digital U.S. Subscription Terms & Conditions

Subject to eligibility requirements below, Telegraph Media Group Limited (“Telegraph”) offers a Telegraph Digital US content subscription through the creation of a user account and payment of a fee (“Subscription Services”). By subscribing to the Subscription Services, you will have access to the Subscription Services for a fixed term, which will automatically renew at the end of that term until you cancel. The term, renewal period, and the total monthly or annual cost for the Subscription Services will be provided to you prior to enrolling in the Subscription Services. 

By subscribing to or using the Subscription Services, you agree to these Subscription Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and State Privacy Notice. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms, and our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or State Privacy Notice, these Subscription Terms control.

DISPUTES ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Telegraph Media Group Limited reserves the right to change these Subscription Terms at any time at our discretion without prior notice. We will post updated Terms here. Continued use of the Subscription Services after the changes become effective will be deemed acceptance of any changes.

Subscription Services Details

1.1 General

Subscription Services automatically renew at the end of the term, and you will be charged a fee each term, generally on the anniversary date of your subscription, unless you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the next term. You may cancel your Subscription Services at any time, either online through your membership account or through one of our customer service agents.  If you cancel your Subscription, you will have access to the Subscription Services until the end of your current term and you will not be charged for an additional term.

To ensure access to Telegraph apps, you may need to update the current version of the applicable app on your tablet or smartphone where we release app updates. Failure to make the newest updates may mean you are unable to access the Telegraph apps.

1.2 Changes to the Subscription Services

In the event of a material change to the Subscription Service, such as changes in functionality or price, then we will give you at least 14 days notice including the opportunity to cancel your subscription.  New prices will only become effective on the next payment date following the notice.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be a resident of the United States with a valid email address and at least 18 years of age to sign up for the Subscription Services.

1.4 Changing Tier of Subscription Services

If you upgrade your Subscription Services from a lower tier to a higher tier during the term, the upgrade occurs immediately and any additional fees for the upgraded tier would be prorated for that term. The full fee for the higher tier will be charged at the beginning of the new term. 

If you downgrade your Subscription Services during the term, then the downgrade will occur at the end of the term. At the beginning of the next term, you will be charged the rate of the new Subscription Term.  

1.5 Offers

Promotional offers and incentives are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. Some offers may not be available to previous subscribers.

Payment Types

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms or the Terms and Conditions, all payments made to Telegraph are final and all charges are non-refundable. Cancellations are effective as described in Section 4 below. Charges are recurring and can be set up on a monthly or annual basis by Credit/Debit Card. We do accept Direct Debit if the subscriber has a UK bank account. Promotional offers may have payment type or payment frequency restrictions that will be described at the payment point of such offers. If the cost of the Subscription Services changes, we will notify you as described in Section 1.2 above. Charges will appear from “the Telegraph” on your billing statement.

We may submit these previously authorized recurring charges (e.g. monthly or annually) on the anniversary date of your subscription without additional authorization from you until you wish to change your payment method or terminate your authorization. You agree to provide us with a valid payment method for the duration of your use of the Subscription Services. A monthly recurring payment schedule that starts on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month will be collected on the last day of the month if the current month has fewer days. Subscription Services Benefits

The Subscription Services entitles you to unlimited access to content on the Telegraph website and the Telegraph app for tablet and smartphones as well as access to subscriber-only content. Additionally,  you may also be eligible for:

3.1 One bonus Digital subscription, subject to the following terms:

3.1.1 Digital subscribers (primary users) may give one bonus Digital subscription to another person (secondary user) by sharing the link provided on the My Account page on the Telegraph website via a method agreed with the secondary user.

3.1.2 A bonus subscription can only be claimed by new subscribers who have not previously taken out any other Telegraph subscription.

3.1.3 In order to access the bonus subscription, secondary users will need to register with The Telegraph and set up a Telegraph account.

3.1.4 The bonus subscription will be a Telegraph Digital subscription provided subject to these Subscription Terms, and may be terminated by Telegraph at any time.

3.1.5 A secondary user’s bonus subscription will start on the date that the secondary user sets up an account with Telegraph and will continue until the primary user’s Digital Plus subscription is cancelled or expires, unless the primary user unlinks the secondary user’s account earlier as set out in clause 4.1.6 below in which case the secondary user’s bonus subscription access will terminate immediately.

3.1.6 A primary user may unlink a secondary user’s account from the bonus subscription at any time in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. A secondary user may unlink their own account by cancelling their bonus subscription in the My Account section of the Telegraph website. Once a secondary user’s bonus subscription account has been unlinked, the primary user may share the bonus subscription with another secondary user by changing the subscription details in the My Account section of the Telegraph website and sharing the link via a method agreed with the new secondary user; and

3.2 Access to Telegraph Puzzles, subject to the following terms:

3.2.1 Telegraph Digital US subscribers will have access to Telegraph Puzzles during the term of their Digital US Subscription.

3.2.2 Telegraph Puzzles can be accessed by Telegraph Digital US subscribers using the same log-in details that are used to log-in to their Subscription Services account.

3.2.3 Use of Telegraph Puzzles is subject to the Puzzles Subscription Terms and Conditions below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription Services at any time, subject to the terms of this Agreement. In order to cancel, go to My Account  where you will either be directed to cancel online, or with one of our customer service agents. Any attempt to transfer, assign or otherwise sell or trade such subscription, regardless of manner or method, is null and void. We do not charge a fee to cancel. If you are not completely satisfied with the Subscription Services, you may cancel at any time during the first fourteen (14) days without penalty or obligation by contacting us and we will give you a full refund. If you cancel after the initial fourteen (14) days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and incurred charges are nonrefundable. To ensure that no further payment is taken, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next payment is due (you can find this date in listed in My Account). If you cancel, your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until the end of the current term. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SALE OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.  However, if you are unable to receive all services for which you have contracted due to your death or disability, you and your estate may elect to receive a refund of that portion of payment you made for the Subscription Services allocable to the period after your death or disability. Disability means a condition which precludes you from physically using the services specified in the contract during the term of disability and the condition is verified in writing, which shall be presented to Telegraph, by a physician designated by you.

4.1 Cancellations by Telegraph

Without limiting any other remedies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription Services for any reason, with or without notice, and without further obligation. If we cancel your Subscription Services, we may give you a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time remaining on your term. However, we will not be obligated to grant you a refund if we terminate your Subscription Services because we determine, in our sole discretion, that your actions or your use of the products or services violate these Terms or our Terms and Conditions, any applicable law, or has harmed the service, product, or another user. If any or all of our Services are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

Telegraph Puzzle subscription

Validity

Terms and Conditions apply only to subscriptions taken out directly with Telegraph Media Group Limited. Please note that we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. All digital subscriptions (Telegraph Digital, Telegraph Digital Plus, Telegraph Digital Light, Telegraph Family Pack and Telegraph Puzzles) are available globally. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older.  Prize puzzles are subject to separate terms and conditions and prizes are only available for delivery to Puzzles subscribers in the UK mainland.

Once set up, your Telegraph Puzzle subscription entitles you to access subscriber-only puzzle content on the Telegraph website.

If your subscription price increases, we will give you at least 10 days’ notice and the new price will only become effective from the next payment date.

Payment Types

A Telegraph Puzzles subscription is included within Telegraph Digital Plus and Telegraph Family Pack subscriptions . 

Standalone Telegraph Puzzles subscriptions are recurring and can be set up on a monthly or annual basis by Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit. A UK bank account is required for a Direct Debit subscription. Promotional offers may have payment type or payment frequency restrictions. A monthly recurring payment schedule that started on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month will be collected on the last day of the month if the current month has fewer days.

3.1  Direct Debit

If you choose to pay for your standalone Telegraph Puzzles subscription by direct debit, the Direct Debit (DD) Guarantee will apply. The DD Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the DD Scheme. This means that:

3.2.1 - The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

3.2.2 - If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Telegraph Media Group Limited will notify you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

3.2.3 - If an error is made by Telegraph Media Group Limited or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your standalone Telegraph Puzzles subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund.

If you cancel after the initial 14 day period of your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. Your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until this date. There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription. To ensure that no further payment is taken, cancellation must be processed at least 48 hours before the next payment is due.
