The assembly was easy and quick
The first ride with the Veloped was fantastic. We were able to walk with my mother again on paths in the forest, which was where we had last walked together years ago. This was simply not possible with the standard walker. There were also no problems in the city, where there are plenty of sidewalks, and in the department stores. We are happy and my mother can move around more and can enjoy the flexibility she has got back. The Velopad is worth the money and has good quality. Thanks to the inventor and kind regards!

So much easier to use than the 12 er. The fact that it can climb most curbs in Boston is nothing short of genius! The 14 inch wheels make on and off-roading such a breeze and a very smooth ride throughout! I go about 7 miles a day on my Veloped, and I’m so thankful for the design, endurance, and ease of use. Taking the wheels on and off is kind of fun once you get the hang of it, and fits in most cars pretty easily. Thanks for the amazing walker, I’m so grateful!!!

I bought the Walker to compliment the Veloped I already own. I use the veloped for fishing and shooting and "rough" walking. The Walker on the other hand I'm using on tarmac and designated walk ways. I find the Walker very stable and with 14" wheels it could be used off piste if needed.

The only down side is that it won't fit on the back seat of my car without taking off the wheels; where as the 14" veloped goes in easily! Not a major issue really.

The only downside was the strap which we broke the first time out, but that was not the fault of the walker!!! -

Bought the Veloped Trek. I have Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and have had increasing difficulty walking even with two hiking poles. Last week I was able to hike in the Beartooth Mountains and Yellowstone National Park for the first time in many years. The trek is amazing! Great stability. Made very well.

I got this for my dad. He’s over 80yo and can still walk well with the assistance of a cane but uses one for safety. He loves his 14” walker for its comfortable seat, great breaks, and air-filled tires and suspension system that greatly reduce vibration from bumpy roads or debris. I was hesitant to purchase this walker because I couldn’t find much info online and the website looked somewhat scammy but turns out it’s a legit company and the ordering experience was easy. Dad’s had it for over three years now and it’s still in great shape. I will recommend you buy an extra set of tires with your initial order, as well as the cane holder if you plan carrying one. I bought this for my 82 yr old mother. She loved to walk in the countryside and on wooded paths, but concern about balance had really slowed her down and she complained she could only walk 1 mile and needed to take breaks. I gave her the Veloped as a surprise. When I first showed her, she asked if she could test it around her circular driveway. Halfway around she stopped and turned and was absolutely beaming as she proclaimed, "I can visit my favorite tree! I thought I would never see it again!" Mom now walks up to 4 miles, pushing the Veloped across her thick lawn, down country roads, on dirt and gravel paths. She carries the Veloped brochure in the basket and shows it to anyone who stops to ask her about it. She texts me photos OF THE VELOPED (see photo!) at various places she has walked to. I suggested she keep the Veloped in the garage, but no, she insists it comes inside the house and lives in the family room when not in use. This is literally the most worthwhile thing I ever bought in my life.

I have waited to write this review as i wanted to experience my husband using it for a few weeks. We are absolutely delighted with it. my husband, once an active even hyperactive runner, cyclist and mountain climber is now quite disabled. he was unable to walk more than a few yards using walking sticks and we had resorted to regular use of a wheelchair. He is now able to walk so much further. He feels confident using it having been very frightened of falling using sticks. it copes with our village's very uneven pavements and it is easy to put in the car so we can have walks in the countryside. it has improved the quality of his life beyond measure. Thankyou!
