Returns & Exchanges

We accept UNUSED products in the original packaging back for return or exchange within 30 days of the order being received. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and your original shipping charge will not be able to be refunded, but we do not charge a restocking fee. As long as your product is unused and in the complete condition the entire cost of your device will be refunded upon receipt. Please send your entire product, in the original packaging, back to us at the following address, and include the attached RMA form completely filled out:

If the information requested on the RMA form is not included in your package, we may not be able to process a return or exchange.
Please allow 2-3 business days after receipt of your order for us to process your refund, at which point you should receive an email confirmation of the refund being issued. Some banks may take several business days to clear a refund to your account after we have processed it.
