The President wanted to turn himself into an artificial god. This was achieved through the growth of the Company's members and a giant blue crystal in a place that is a singularity.
Arc Company uses the labyrinth system to gain new abyss members, Kim Yoojin is one of these people and is drawn into an abyss dimension that allows the players to fight many monsters while getting the rewards they deserve for their hard earned efforts. This is achieved through the powers of Arc Company whom Han Jihan pleads with to give Yoo-Jin back. He does this by using Arc Company's hard effort just reward morals.
