BIMUN/SINUB as a non-profit organization is obliged to fullfil the European Union’s privacy policy of GDPR.

BIMUN/SINUB collects personal data to organize and to conduct the annual BIMUN/SINUB-Conference. The delegate applications are carried out via cognito forms who complies with GDPR within the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks. Furthermore, BIMUN/SINUB has signed a Data Processing Addendum with cognito forms to fullfil GDPR standards.

Apart from the conference, BIMUN/SINUB collects personal data of its members for the administration of the association. This comprises the data indicated by each member in the „Beitrittserklärung“. Any BIMUN/SINUB member can receive information on which data was collected, can correct or erase it via an e-mail to president@bimun.org.
